Currently, Cutting Edge Manufacturing has four Vertical CNC Mills, and four Horizontal CNC Lathes, including two of the latest versions of Y Axis turning w/ Sub-Spindles.  Automatic Multi Index Amada Band Saw for cutting all types of metal. We have a 5100 square foot facility that includes approximately 3800 feet of manufacturing space. We can handle parts of all sizes. The biggest part we can turn would be approximately 15’’ Round by 25’’ long and for our mills, our largest bed size is 25’’ wide by 43’’ long but we have made parts that are 45’’ wide by 52’’ long. If you have something similar to these large sizes, just send us over a drawing and we can see if we can make it work. Most commonly we produce tight tolerance intricate parts and concentrate on finding the most efficient way to run a job.
